This Pop-Up Wedding Day is designed for couples who want a styled, intimate wedding in a beautiful location.

Lodge your paperwork one month before this pop-up wedding day, and you can be legally wed by award-winning Celebrant Anita Revel*, in Margaret River.

What is a Pop-up Wedding?

A pop-up wedding is where you can enjoy wedding props and venue facilities at a fraction of the cost. Because you’re hiring the ceremony space for one hour instead of a whole day, the hire costs are shared between couples to represent fabulous value-for-money. All the organising, set-up and pack-down is done for you too, which means all there is for you to do, is invite your besties, dress up, look fabulous, and enjoy!

 

INCLUDED in this Pop-Up Big Love Wedding Day in Margaret River: $1950

  • Celebrant: Anita Revel*, described as modern, light-hearted and genuine;
  • Venue: In the Big Love Tiny Chapel by the forest at Margaret River Heartland;
  • Permit: I have booked the venue on your behalf — no extra paperwork required;
  • Guests: Due to limited space inside the chapel, only 2-4 witnesses can come inside with you;
  • Other guests: If you have more than two guests, you can choose to marry on the porch of the chapel with guests gathered around.

Additional (optional) extras:

  • Photographer: a professional photographer can be arranged on your behalf — let’s know your preferred style of photography, and budget;
  • Hair, Make-up: We can refer you to HMU artists near to your accommodation;
  • Flowers: So many options! Ask us for recommendations;
  • Transport: How many guests do you need transported?

Time slots available: from 10am on the 90 minutes (or thereabouts), all day. Simply register your interest below, selecting the time o’clock slot you’d like, and I’ll contact you with “Next Steps”. (I shall update this information as bookings come in.)

With regards to a Pop-up Big Love Wedding Day:

Q: What if we have to cancel?
A: To cover the various vendor t&c’s, $250 of each booking is non-refundable, regardless of the reason. All efforts will be made to re-schedule in the case of “Acts of God”, in which case, your booking will be carried over. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, all but the $250 non-refundable booking fee will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled by the couple, 100% is non-refundable, but your booking may be on-sold.

Q: Can I have a Celebrant other than Anita?
A: Sure thing. Big Love Tiny Chapel is an inclusive venue and welcomes all lovers of love and whimsy. Simply book the “No legals” option in the quote I’ll send you, and pay your Celebrant their fee directly.

Q: Does the chapel have any styling included?
A: yes, the macrame arbour over the doorway and the dreamcatchers are standard. The two vintage gold velvet chairs are also included. I generally add plants or dried flowers or other bits and pieces to “pretty up” the space if necessary. I also include a signing table and tablecloth. You’re welcome to bring anything of significance for yourselves, and I’m happy to remove anything you don’t want from the chapel.

Q: Can I stay after the ceremony for photos in the forest?
A: Absolutely, but any guests will be asked to vacate immediately following the family photos. You, as a couple, are welcome to head in to the forest with your photographer for up to an hour 😀

Q: Can I bring our doggo?
A: Nawww cute! Yes! Heads up, though, that there are kangaroos and cattle so it’s safest to keep your dog on a lead so it doesn’t give chase. And it goes without saying, you’re responsible for cleaning up any doggy doo-doos.

Q: What are my payment options?
A: Once you’ve filled out the form above, Anita will send you a quote / invoice. You can pay Direct Debit or PayPal. Instalments are an option. Payment implies acceptance of the cancellation policy
