Fancy a pagan-inspired Beltane wedding day? Introducing…
Beltane Wedding Day Margaret River region
Friday 1 November 2019.
This Beltane Wedding Day is designed for couples who want to honour their Pagan traditions and incorporate them into a pop-up wedding style ceremony.
Your ceremony can include elements such as hand-fasting, calling in the directions and the gods and goddesses, and maybe even weaving a maypole with your guests for something completely different. I will work with you to ensure you get the elements that will tick all your ceremony goals.
Beltane is the pagan season that honours Life. It occurs in the peak of Spring and the beginning of Summer. Earth energies are at their strongest and most potent. All of life is bursting with new energy and fertility, and at this point in the Wheel of the Year, the potential becomes conception. By weaving ourselves through ceremony into the rhythms of Gaia, we work with the energy of the Earth and bring a grounding-yet-invigorating energy to your union.
Lodge your paperwork with me by 1 October 2019, and you could be enjoying a Beltane-style ceremony in a private forest location in Cowaramup, in the Margaret River Region*. All the essential details are sorted, so all you have to do is rock up, look totally divine in your god/dess garb, and we’ll do the rest.
Get married in this pagan-inspired “Beltane Wedding Day”
1 / 11 / 2019, on a farm in Margaret River — you choose the time!
What is a Beltane Wedding Day?
A Beltane wedding is when the couple and guests celebrate Beltane with certain rituals that reflect their pagan beliefs — they could call in the directions and gods and goddesses, include a hand-fasting, jump the broom, or even weave a maypole with their guests. The couple may even ask all the guests to come dressed up in their finest god/dess garb to really set a beautiful scene.
A pop-up wedding is a wedding ceremony that is arranged without the stress, fuss or politics that can come with a big wedding. It really is an easy wedding — all the good feels and none of the bad. The simplicity of a Registry Office wedding, but way more personal, and in a beautiful setting!
So combined, a pop-up Beltane wedding day is for the couples who want the fun celebration, pagan traditions, without the hassle of organising the details.

FAQ about this themed pop-up wedding day at the Margaret River Heartland
Q: Can I bring my own Beltane decorations?
A: Yes! Talk to me about timings and requirements.
Q: Will you dress in our theme?
A: Providing it’s not a nude ceremony, I’ll do my best to fit in with your theme!
Q: Is this a legal marriage?
A: Yes, I take care of all your legals, so your Beltane wedding is indeed valid!
Q: Beltane is associated with bonfires — can we light one?
A: Being summertime, it is unlikely we will be able to light a fire. If this element is important to you though, let’s brainstorm ways to bring “fire” into the ceremony.
Q: We have a preferred Priest / High Priestess that we’d like to conduct our ceremony. Are you available to do just the legals then hand the ceremony over?
A: Absolutely — I love working with my couples to ensure they get the ceremony they want (even if this means I don’t get to present it! LOL) You would need to book/pay your preferred presenter directly, but I’m more than happy to work with them.
