Pop-up wedding weekend in Yallingup, (yes, it includes accommodation!), in Big Love Tiny Chapel.
This Pop-Up Wedding Weekend is for couples who want a stylish-boho beach wedding organised for them. Think beach-wedding vibes, ocean-view accommodation, and the freedom to celebrate with a picnic or at a nearby restaurant, winery, brewery or pub! … It will be a weekend full of love, and, beauty, and nature, and we absolutely can’t wait to see you here with us.
Lodge your paperwork one month before this pop-up wedding day, and you can be legally wed by award-winning Celebrant Anita Revel*, in Margaret River.

- Check-in Friday 21 October 2023, at Yallingup Beach Holiday Park,
- marry Sat 22 October on the lawn overlooking the ocean,
- check-out 23rd (flexible).
What is a Pop-up Wedding?
A pop-up wedding is where you can enjoy wedding props and venue facilities at a fraction of the cost. Because you’re hiring the ceremony space for one hour instead of a whole day, the hire costs are shared between couples to represent fabulous value-for-money. All the organising, set-up and pack-down is done for you too, which means all there is for you to do, is invite your besties, dress up, look fabulous, and enjoy!
And what is a Pop-Up Wedding Weekend?
The “Wedding Weekend” theme at Yallingup Beach Holiday Park features Big Love Tiny Chapel as your wedding space, on the lawn overlooking the ocean in the Margaret River region. Two nights accommodation are included in this package, for the couple. Get in early to snag the units with ocean views!
INCLUDED in this Pop-Up Wedding Weekend in Margaret River: $3150*
- Priority accommodation at Yallingup Beach Holiday Park — ocean-view accommodation is reserved for early-birds;
- Photographer: Freedom Garvey takes pictures because it ignites her soul — her gallery will ignite yours too (up to 1 hour of her time, images delivered on USB);
- Celebrant: Anita Revel, described as modern, light-hearted and genuine;
- Venue: In the Big Love Tiny Chapel on the grounds of of the Yallingup Beach Holiday Park, opposite the iconic Yallingup beach;
- Permit: I have booked the venue on your behalf — no extra paperwork required;
- Accommodation Guests: Two nights weekend accommodation for the couple. Additional guests can be booked with the Holiday Park directly;
- Ceremony Guests: up to 8 or so in Big Love Tiny Chapel, up to 20 others gathered around the porch.
Conditions: Couples must be guests of the Yallingup Beach Holiday Park, or a premium applies.
* Deduct $200 for budget accommodation (communal facilities), or $100 for standard accommodation inc bathroom.

- Photographer: a professional photographer can be arranged on your behalf — let’s know your preferred style of photography, and budget;
- Hair, Make-up: We can refer you to HMU artists near to your accommodation;
- Flowers: So many options! Ask us for recommendations;

- free BBQs are available to cook your own feast;
- order in a seafood platter and enjoy it slowly at the picnic tables supplied;
- stroll to the nearby Lagoon restaurant;

- venture out to any of the nearby wineries or breweries for a long lunch;

With regards to a Pop-up Big Love Wedding Day:
Q: What if we have to cancel?
A: To cover the various vendor t&c’s, $250 of each booking is non-refundable, regardless of the reason. All efforts will be made to re-schedule in the case of “Acts of God”, in which case, your booking will be carried over. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, all but the $250 non-refundable booking fee will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled by the couple, 100% is non-refundable, but your booking may be on-sold.
Q: Can I have a Celebrant other than Anita?
A: Sure thing. Big Love Tiny Chapel is an inclusive venue and welcomes all lovers of love and whimsy. When you receive your quote, simply book the “No legals” option, and pay your Celebrant their fee directly.
Q: Can we bring a group for a different date?
A: The Holiday Park are happy to consider an event anytime, as long as there is enough accommodation for the group on our preferred date. Let us know so we can check for you!
Q: Can we extend our stay? Can we bring guests?
A: Absolutely — the Holiday Park stay are more than happy to facilitate your accommodation needs
